Hello everyone, we are allowed to reopen from 12th April. I have already contact some people but if you wanting appointments please get in contact. If I do not answer, send me a text. I am full-time vet nurse again now and all my hours are nights. So I am alseep during the day, you can ring me, it will not wake me up. I hope everyone is well.

I could just cry and I am so sorry to have to write this but I am now closed. Due to tier 4 I have to close. My little business I worked so hard to build up and have so many lovely dogs and their owners. I am gutted I can not make them all look lovely for Christmas. I am not covered by my insurance so my hands are tied and to have to close.

I hope everyone has an amazing Christmas and fingers crossed for 2021. Please stay safe 😘

Evening everyone, after being closed from the start of lock down. I have been on to the local council a few times, today they finally advised me to close. So we will be closed until further notice.

All appointments in December remain booked and I will work my hardest to fit everyone in before Christmas.

Hello everyone, well I have spoken to my insurance company about staying open. They said I can only do this if my local council say it is OK to do so. Well they have still not given me a straight answer
Two reasons they said I can not open is, if my clients have to drive to me. This is not essential travel. So people who walk may be able to go ahead with their appointment, as this can be their daily exercise. .
She did say people can travel to me if the groom was going to help the dog, because it is in pain due to not being groomed regularly. I would have to prove the dog could not wait for the 4 weeks of lock down for his or hers groom.

I have emailed asking for more information.

Unfortunately I had a little accident with a metal gate and our lovely pony, causing damage to my left hand. So I will be closed for the next week as it is all strapped up. So hopefully by the time I can work in a week, I will have more guidance from the council.

In the mean time, you are always welcome to call etc. Stay safe 🐕

Covid update, as far as I understand the only difference to this lock down is schools staying open. Lots of other salons are staying open, I will have to check this is correct first with the local council. Once I find out I will contact people if I have to change appointments.. I will be opening my doors again very soon. I have spoken to a few people about appointments. Again these are dogs that are over heating or have health issues. I want to get my first week out the way with minimal dogs so I can work my way through all the cleaning protocols to ensure I am doing it the safest way and give myself enough time. This is a whole new way of working for me and will be a whole new way for you guys to drop off and collect your dog's.

I will post a video or pictures of how I wish for you to drop your dog off and speak with all of your prior to your appointment.

I know all of you so well and have done for years now, but I won't be able to hug your babies or have my lovely chats with you.

I am sure we can all stay safe, and I can work my way through to make sure your dogs are comfortable as soon as possible

PPE slowing arriving. I will be posting things about how things will be done soon. Unfortunately due to my own personal circumstances my children will not be going back to school. So I will still have to be a teacher and do my other part time job. As well as try catch up with all my doggies.

How I will book in my dogs

I have some dogs with really big coats who must be done regularly. These dogs will take priority, as some may of become severely matted already. Sorry but I will try do my dogs as quick as possible.

As soon as I have a start date I will contact people to book dogs in.

As long as the levels stay low I will aim to open very soon
