🚧 Cuteness alert on a forklift! Help us name him!🐾💛
This teeny-tiny kitten (just 4–7 days old!) was found snoozing on a forklift chair — clearly already living life on the edge! 😹 Thankfully, a kind soul handed him in, and our Head Vet Marta has decided to adopt this little adventurer! 🥹💕

For now, he’s getting round-the-clock care from our amazing nurse Jess, who’s nursing him with bottle feeds every 2 hours and giving him all the snuggles he could ever need whilst being at Wishing Well Vet's HQ! 🍼💤

But there’s just one thing missing...

🎉 He needs a NAME! 🎉
That’s where YOU come in! Drop your best, funniest, or cutest name suggestions in the comments and help us give this forklift fluffball his forever name! 💬👇

BREAKING NEWS 📰🐾

Callie & Tiger have taken on new roles as official Cupcake Delivery Officers! 🧁🚨
Mission: Bribe the humans with baked goods.
Status: SUCCESS.

These two whipped up (okay, the Cupcake Queen did…) a batch of delicious cupcakes to thank us for being patient and understanding how their hoomans work.

Honestly, we’d wait all day for cupcakes. Even for Tiger’s schedule. 😆

Team verdict: 10/10, would accept bribes again.
Callie & Tiger, you’re hired.

🚨 Tick Alert! 🚨
They’re creepy. They’re crawly. They’re definitely not invited to your pet’s summer plans… 🕷️🪲😬

WATCH IF YOU DARE 👀👇
This is what ticks can turn into if left alone… and trust us, it’s not the kind of growth you want to see 😱

The good news? We can help stop them before they even start! 💪

💬 Slide into our DMs, give us a ring, or pop in for a chat about the best parasite protection for your pet 🐾
Let’s kick ticks to the curb together! 🦵🚪

Looks like we’re in for a warm few days; from all over Scotland and for those travelling to England.. 🕶️🌞

Do you know what to do if your pet shows signs of heat stroke?

Keep an eye out for symptoms such as:
• Lethargy
• Excessive panting
• Drooling
• Pale or bright red gums
• Collapsing or struggling in the sun

With the weather warming up, it’s crucial to keep your pets cool, shaded, and hydrated.

Brachycephalic breeds (like Pugs, Bulldogs, and Shih Tzus) and senior pets are especially vulnerable in the heat and need extra care.

Check out this quick post to be sure that it’s not too how for those PAWSOME paws 🐾 🌤️

️🦷Ouch! Someone's been up to mischief....
One of our staff pets Buffy found herself in the operating theatre this week after a bit too much fun over the weekend. If you look closely at the first photo, you'll spot a split tooth- Likely caused by chewing on something she really shouldn't have... Like a STONE???? 🧐

The damaged tooth had to be removed to prevent it from becoming infected or causing her more discomfort. She's doing well now and getting plenty of TLC from the team as well as snuggles on the sofa 🐾🩺

👉 This a great reminder to avoid letting your dog chew on stones or other hard objects. While it might seem like harmless fun, it can lead to painful dental injuries that require surgical removal, just like this one... Buffy will no longer be playing with stones 😚

Stay safe and chew wisely 🦷🦷
