Back in stock again plus new colours being added soon. Our handmade 3 in 1 Multi length dog leads, double ended clips, with 2 x control handles.

I have 25mm webbing for spaniel size and above all the way to giant breeds as they leads are secure and durable. 19mm webbing for smaller dogs, again durable and machine washable just a little lighter for the young or small dogs.

Current colours for 25mm webbing are: red, Royal Blue, Orange, Black. These are £14.50 each.

19mm thinner webbing: Red, Baby Pink and Blue. These are £14 each.

They are lovely comfy leads which can extent to different sizes to allow your dog more freedom on walks.

The leads are also great for people who struggle to hold their leads or where the leads slide out their hand or for working on loose lead walking training.

The control handles are at just the right place to offer more security and give the dog enough space to freely move around without too much length to gather strength and lunge. They also provide more security when walking around roads.

The leads also have two trigger clips which you can use comfortably with a double clip ‘no pull’ harness (one clip to the chest and one to the back of harness) or have a double clip on your dog for added safety if your dog is prone to slipping out of walking equipment etc.

Snuffle Mat sale! Down to £15 each 🐶

Cookie and I have been Snuffing tonight making new stock for our stall and dog shop event at P in the Park Events in Midlothian! I will also be doing a training talk in the main areas both days.

Snuffle mats are a great way to provide enrichment and calming with dogs and young puppies. They can also be used as a slow feeder or to keep your dog occupied whilst your doing other tasks.

All my snuffle mats are handmade, made with soft fleece and are machine washable. They are made with a flexible thick silicone base to ensure durability and no risk of sharp plastic like other snuffle.

Christmas Sale! Snuffle mats and snuggle balls back in stock at a limited discounted price!

These are excellent enrichment food based toys for your dogs.

Snuffle mats (at the front of the photo on the floor) are discounted to £17 each and snuggle balls £13 each until January.

Extra large snuggle mats are down to £26 which are double the size (snuffle mats standing on the box)

Limited stock available for first come first served! Pick up can be arranged from myself in wishaw or at pick up point - Pawtropolis dog daycare in Mollinsburn, Cumbernauld.

Dogs need mental stimulation and sniffing opportunities daily to meet their natural needs.

The snuffle mats give them something to do, reduce stress, calm the dogs down and relieve sniffing needs. Ideal to use for their driedfood at meal times.

When used at meal times, that gives the dogs two times a day to fulfil their breed needs and gives the owners time to do other tasks in peace!

Dog training treat bags for sale, comes with free collapsible water bowl and clicker. These are £13 each and here is a video showing them up close and their features including free items.

They are waterproof, and have multiple compartments for poo bags, treats, keys and clicker etc. The bags can be used on your waist or belt or alongside the shoulder-strap which is included with the treat bag.

Bag is made of waterproof nylon fabric, has reinforced zippers and adjustable straps and the inner liner pulls out for easy cleaning.

The bags also come with a free clicker, collapsible water bowl and storage bag.

Collapsible dog bowl is 13 x 5cm deep, made of BPA-free silicone for your pet’s health.

These can be collected from myself in wishaw in North Lanarkshire, at one of my events, group classes or at one of my 1-2-1 training sessions.

What else can you do with a tug toy? Scentwork!

I know quite a few of my clients dogs are enjoying their new tug-e-nuff toys so I thought I’d share another game you can play with your dog using your Tug-E-Nuff toys. I use Tug-E-Nuff toys as these are made from real sheepskin and rabbit skin which is very high value and rewarding for dogs.

Dogs love scentwork and it’s a natural behaviour which helps to fulfil your dogs mental needs.

This can also be useful for dogs with a high prey drive. They can learn to “hunt” and search “prey” WITH YOU which helps to build their bond and focus on your indoor and outdoors. I know my own dogs loves “hunting” with me rather than ignoring me on walks and going away hunting for wildlife.

Scentwork can also help to focus, calm them down, de-stress your dog, teach them how to use more effective displacement behaviours in stressful Situations and build your relationship with your dog indoors and Outdoors.

A lot of times, us owners, forget that dogs have in-built needs and desires. Without fulfilling these needs, dogs can become frustrated, bored and unwanted behaviours may appear.

Mental stimulation and breed specific needs are just as important as their physical needs, if not more! Life can be boring for dogs so why not do simple fun things together to make your dogs life for fulfilled.

I usually recommend the pocket tugs so you can easily take them on walks. With these toys I use them for training only which helps build their drive and toy reward value.
