ATTENTION: from 2nd March 2026 we will be making a few changes.
-All drop offs & collections between 9-10am, 12.30-1.30pm or 4-5pm. If you absolutely can't make any of those times please let us know and we will try to accommodate where possible.
-Avoid drop offs/ pick ups on a Wednesday where possible please.
-All dogs should come with their own food and bedding.
-All dogs must be wearing a well fitted collar in good repair, even if they are usually walked on a harness. (This is already something we require but we still have dogs brought in without).

I'm Caitlin! I offer dog walking and pet check-in services in the Elm/ Wisbech area. I've run a boarding kennels for over 10 years, caring for and handling a huge variety of dogs, and I'm fully insured including a van with purpose built crates.

OUT OF OFFICE
Please note that from Wednesday 6th August-Tuesday 12th August we may be slow/ unable to reply to emails messages on here as we are away in Scotland for Caitlin's wedding. There will be somebody here looking after dogs but we won't be manning phones etc for that week 😊 we are fully booked until 19th August but have some availability after that. Thanks!

NOTICE: if you have made a booking for this year over the phone, please contact us! Our system has had an issue and wiped all bookings 😵‍💫 I can restore bookings through FB messenger, WhatsApp, text and email- just anything not written down is lost to the abyss as we are unable to access a recent backup 🙈 thank you!

NOTICE: we are experiencing a power cut due to a tree down on our road, and cannot access our booking system- if your are due to drop off a dog today please let us know either via message or text 😊 we can still be accessed from the A47 but not from emneth direction.

Just a note that these methods are the best to message/ call the rest of the time, as we rarely have the house phone to hand anyway!

We have a new booking form, and this should be completed before every stay please! We need to keep our records and information all up to date 😊
Here is a link to the booking form, you can eithet print off and post or scan and send by email/ message, or fill in on your computer/ phone and send us a copy. If you need a hard copy we can print off for you to complete.

*PRICE INCREASE*
As we all know, the cost of living is increasing, and this has unfortunately impacted us, too. We have tried to absorb this increase as best we can, but the various costs associated with running a kennels means we do have to increase our rates for any bookings made going forward.
This is only the second time we've increased our prices in over 10 years, and any bookings that have already been made will be charged at our previous rates.

Our rates going forward will be:
(Per night)
1 dog- £14
2 dogs- £20
3 dogs- £25
4 dogs- £30

Thank you all for your understanding and continuing support, we love having all of your dogs here to stay with us!
