Good morning, this is just a polite reminder that we do not reserve kennels unless the deposit is received. If you have made an enquiry and not paid the deposit immediately please double check the kennel is still available before paying. Ideally when you message call or text with your dates if you pay right away there will be no issues at all. We have had a few customers loosing their kennel due to late or non payment of deposit we do not chase you up on them.
