Ladies and gents please please remember you have not booked your dog into kennels unless we have received your deposit. We work pretty much like hotels and holiday companies no deposit no booking.

We would hate to let you down if you turn up thinking you have booked. We do specify on your enquiry the balance and deposit required to secure the booking. From May on we are getting extremely busy and some dates are now fully booked 🥴

🐾 Bookings Reminder 🐾

We’ve had quite a few enquiries recently for boarding where a deposit hasn’t been paid.

Just to be clear — no booking is made or confirmed until a deposit has been received. We do not hold spaces under any circumstances.

If you enquire and do not pay the deposit within a few hours, you will need to message again to check availability, as spaces fill quickly.

Good afternoon to you all.
Just a quick update on the access issues and road closures to our property.

As from tomorrow Friday 13th the ONLY access to us is via the 16 foot or Christchurch. The road will be completely closed with concrete bollards.

Ignore all road closure signs from 16 ft as they (as usual) are misleading 🤦🏽‍♀️ IF you get stopped by the men in orange state that you are coming to the kennels and there will be no issues.

Unfortunately this will be in place until end of March at the earliest.

Good morning to you all, just a quick post to say if you are coming to us in the next few weeks there are roadworks 🤦🏽‍♀️

The road does say closed however when they actually start work they are planning on putting barriers up which will have a passcode entry system. We will be in contact as and when you are due to arrive to ensure you can get access to us.

Annoyingly the signs went up yesterday on both ends of the road and yet not a workman in sight 🤦🏽‍♀️

Good morning, this is just a polite reminder that we do not reserve kennels unless the deposit is received. If you have made an enquiry and not paid the deposit immediately please double check the kennel is still available before paying. Ideally when you message call or text with your dates if you pay right away there will be no issues at all. We have had a few customers loosing their kennel due to late or non payment of deposit we do not chase you up on them.
