🆘 Are you emergency contact details correct and please leave their details.
✈️ In the event you are delayed, please leave the correct persons details who can collect for you, this may be different from your emergency contact details.
📆 If any dates need changing please do this before you arrive (7 days notice)

Hi all,

We are due to have very high temperatures tomorrow and Friday, In the event the temperatures reach as high as predicted it is too hot for daycare on the field, we will use the smaller exercise runs for them in 2s and there will be no large play groups.

For boarding dogs, if you’ve paid for the field as extra this will be done at 7-8am before the weather is too hot.

If you’d like to swop daycare days please let us know so we can get organised.

We have some very busy weekends coming up, and some very desperate people on the cancellation list, so please can you check your email confirmation, make sure your dates are correct, and if you no longer need some dates, or need to cancel, please can you do this asap so I can cheer some customers up on this miserable day!

I will also be going through summer bookings and be contacting you if these have been done well in advance.

Hi all,

📞We are phoning bookings that are due in over the next couple of weeks, if you need to cancel or amend a booking, please do this asap, this allows us to organise space and not be left with kennels and cat pens empty and a full waiting list.

🆕 Any new dog boarding customers who are thinking about boarding in the winter or next year, trial days will be done between October 2025 and March 2026.

💉 Please remember to check the animals vaccinations well in advance.

📆We are now full for every weekend till the end of August, we have midweek space all through June and very early July (dogs only!)

📧Please can you make sure you are receiving and keeping email confirmation and your dates are correct.

⚠️Please can you notify us of any changes asap or cancellations so we can organise ourselves and fit others in if you no longer require the space.

💉Vaccinations, please for the love of dog check they are well in date and kennel cough is administered 2-3 weeks before arrival, and the safe space is not too safe where you’ve put them 🤪🤪😆💚

⭐️Part time position will be available at the End of August due to some of our staff returning to University in September⭐️

We're looking for an outstanding, flexible and positive person who can provide top quality care in our Boarding kennels and Cattery.

You should have a mature attitude, be personable and professional, totally reliable and be able to demonstrate the following:

🐾good customer service
🐾excellent communication and organisational skills
🐾fine attention to detail while working under pressure
🐾energy and self-motivation
🐾happy to work outside in all weathers.

Before you get excited about working with animals…the animals in our care require looking after 365 days a year including weekends, public and school holidays and you guessed it… CHRISTMAS DAY 🎅🤶🧑‍🎄

TASKS;
Exercising, feeding, grooming and all aspects of care for the animals in our establishment. Keeping exercise yards and surrounding areas clean, neat and tidy. The welfare of our boarding animals is paramount, and you would need to have a scrupulous eye for detail especially when feeding and administering medication.

OVER 18 years of Age only need apply due to insurance purposes;
We would prefer someone with experience working with animals but full training can be given to the right candidate.

Hi all,
Polite important request.
Please make sure you are aware when your animals vaccinations are due.

We have had quite a number of customers arriving without the correct paper work.
This makes like at the office a bit stressful for everyone involved ,particularly if the vets are shut on the weekend and we cannot contact them by phone.

We will not accept any unvaccinated animals in, nor will we accept any animals without seeing the correct paper work.

Please make sure this is all well in order before your animals are due in.

We are here to help so please ask if you are unsure.

Summer Booking’s for Kennels.

You will need to get your bookings in this month for summer … we are already full on some July/August dates..

Please don’t leave it too late.
We are trying to give you all a heads up verbally and on our social media platforms.

Please check your confirmation email and make sure the dates are correct. This confirmation email needs keeping.

Good idea to start checking your animsls vaccinations too.

If any dates need amending please do this in plenty of time so that we can sort out kennel space.

We are getting close to stopping taking bookings for some dates in Easter and first week of summer holidays.
