Local Delivery Update!

From the week commencing 18th May 2026, our local Wi******er deliveries will no longer be carried out in person by Pete and will instead be fulfilled through DPD courier services, due to the sad closure of our Tidworth store.

We know many of our customers have greatly valued the personal service Pete has provided over the years, and we would like to sincerely thank him for his dedication, reliability, and friendly service to both our team and customers alike.

By moving to DPD deliveries, we hope to continue providing a reliable and efficient delivery service whilst adapting to rising costs and operational pressures.

🦷 Dental Health Awareness Month 🦷

To continue on with Dental Month we are going to look at the importance of brushing your dogs teeth.

Its is very important to keep on top of your dogs dental health and the most effective way is to brush your dogs teeth either with a doggy toothbrush or finger brush 🪥

Dogs teeth should ideally be brushed daily or at least a few times a week. This is to stop plaque and tarter building up on their teeth 🦷

If left untreated plaque and tarter build up can cause a lot of dental issues including:
🐾 Rotten Teeth
🐾 Bad Breath
🐾 Inflamed Gums
🐾Tooth Loss

All of these can lead to an unhappy pet and may lead to an anaesthetic for your dog and high vet bills if a dental is needed 💴

So its best to keep on top of their dental hygiene at home to avoid these issues from occurring keeping your dog happy and saving you money.

✨Dental Chews ✨

To continue on with Dental Awareness month we are going to look at dog Dental Chews 🐕

It is very important to give your dog dental chews to help maintain good dental health 🦷

Dental chews help to:
✔️Scrap plaque off teeth
✔️Reduce Plaque Build up
✔️Strengthen jaw muscles
✔️Support Gum Health
✔️Provide enrichment

To be effective Dental chews should be given at least a few times a week. They be as natural as possible avoiding anything with additives or fillers. They also need to be low in fat and sugars as many traditional dental chew brand often have added sugars that actually make dental health worse not better.
