Guys, I don't know if you all know but there is an INCREDIBLE family run independent pet shop near Vigo Park behind Adelaide Medical Centre!! 👀

Following the lack of food at home where there was no breakfast for Ellie (apart from Waitrose tinned fish), before she can petition to move out we've rushed out today to find her some dinner and WOWEEE what a great shop Wally's is! 🤩

They've got over 100 natural treats, rows and rows of them in all sorts of different proteins including camel, goat, venison and buffalo!

ELEVEN brands of raw food in all sorts of different proteins, textures and types to suit various budgets and preferences!

Plus the staff are friendly and welcoming, as well as them all being nutritionally trained with Beth very nearly all the way there as an APNC registered nutrition consultant 🙌

They've got worm count kits, raw bones, a brilliant range of quality supplements and great harnesses which they provide fitting for! They have all sorts in there!

AND they stock Peckamix wild bird food which was awarded a Which? Best Buy a few years back so they've basically got the best wild bird food in the country which is made on site too! 🤩🐦

What a great place, fully recommend, tell all your friends, Ellie can eat well tonight!! 🎉🤩👀😂

The WHIP IT GAME!

At Hairy Poppins we know dogs are wired to hunt, problem solve and explore.

So today we played the “Whip It” game.

This game gives dogs more than just a run around — it gives them an outlet to fulfill their natural behaviours.

Why we love to play it:

🐾Taps into their instinct to chase, stalk and pounce (and sometimes “kill”)

🐾Works the brain and the body

🐾Builds impulse control (yes… even when they’re excited )

🐾Helps build confidence and focus

🐾And most importantly… the dogs LOVE it

Create a public register of all offenders convicted of animal abuse and introduce an automatic, lifetime ban on animal ownership for anyone convicted of animal neglect or abuse. This register should be searchable by vets, breeders, charities and the public to prevent repeat offending.
