Hereās Dodger!
Dodger has made so much progress since being here, she absolutely loves attention and being stroked. She loves her wheel and all treats š„ŗ and definitely has the most unique and stunning markings Iāve seen on a hammy š
On arrival dodger was definitely unsure of people (a lot of screaming was done and has been a very slow process š). Now, as soon as she sees me she wants attention, like everyone, including people, she does have her days when she isnāt too keen on attention and sheāll take herself into her burrow out of the way.
Dodger does have a small health issue. She has one deformed toe on her back foot. Despite this she does all her normal hamster activities and it doesnāt affect her at all. In terms of any additional care there really isnāt any other than she cannot have a barred cage unless the bars are completely covered, this cannot be grass matts it does need to be something smooth that no matter what she cannot climb. This is a non negotiable as I did learn the hard way with Dodger that itās something she needs (she attempted climbing here and hurt her foot more, which is completely healed). In terms of her toe, Iām unsure as of the cause, but I am sure it doesnāt cause her any pain it just looks a little bit silly š
Feel free to message and ask about this sweet girl, she is so loving and really deserves to be in her forever home ā¤ļøāš©¹
