What an awfully sad start to the year by saying goodbye to 8 lovely dogs 🌈💔 such beautiful souls and they are all truly missed. I groomed all these dogs for 8/9 years so to see them live their best lives was a privilege. Dogs are truly everything to us. 3 of these dogs live till 16/17 years old which was incredible ❤️ all of these dogs were so loved by their owners and I miss them all ❤️

PLEASE READ if your are booked in this week☀️

This weather is lovely but not so lovely to work in if you’re a dog groomer, or the dog that is being groomed 🥴 your dogs safety comes first so I will be starting earlier in the mornings and working harder to avoid the late afternoon heat so please allow that I may arrive up to an hour earlier. I do have cooling units but in the late afternoons it’s awfully warm and blow drying dogs isn’t ideal so the sooner I work through my mornings the easier it is for my other dogs.

Also please DO NOT walk your dog just before my arrival, 1 hour prior to me pulling up please keep your dogs in the house nice and cool. DO NOT let them sunbathe in the garden before my arrival. If I arrive to your dog already overheated due to those reasons above then I will not groom your dog, just keep them cool and let them rest.

As of the 1st May there will be a £2 price increase per dog. This falls inline with the rpi inflation at 3.2%

Mobile grooming is classed as a premium/luxury service which is 1-2-1 on your doorstep without the stress of you travelling out with your dog and leaving them for hours. So please bare this in mind whilst comparing me to salon prices, even though i come very close to salon prices but in theory should be a lot higher.

If you do read this please could you please possibly ‘like’ the status so I know you have acknowledged it so it saves me a little time in the evenings sending the individual texts out.

Evening everyone 🥰

Just want to say a massive thank you to all my clients for being so understanding and patient with me since I had surgery in February. Slowly I’m now back on the road and building up my hours and days 🦾 trying my hardest to book you all back in but it’s a lot harder than I hoped. So many hairy dogs in Cheshire 🐶

I’m also waiting for my son Finlay to have surgery in the up coming months and I may unfortunately have to have another big surgery later this year. These last 18 months I know I’ve had to cancel/reschedule a lot of clients due to hospital appointments but they are all genuine so thank you for being patient, especially to the clients that always seem to get hit by it the most, I promise I’m not being lazy 🙏🏻

Definitely a fun year to be self employed 😅

Thank you again, I do have the best clients ❤️ and the owners aren’t to bad either 🥹

I think my dogs need saving 🤣🫣🎃 Hugo loves dressing up 👻 Tallulah doesn’t agree 🤣

Also does anyone have any hidden tips on how to help dogs with fireworks? It’s my 2nd year with rehoming Tallulah and she’s absolutely petrified of them, we’ve stayed in every night to help her but she’s getting worse with the panting and shaking all evening.

Let’s all show Simba some love 🫶🏻 he’s just finished his last round of chemo and he’s now cancer free 🤩 last year he had his toe removed due to a cancerous lump but this year in came back in his elbow so had another op and he had chemo. I’ve been grooming him for 8-9 years so we’ve made a tight bond and he fully trusts me ❤️🐶

Working late and enjoying a dominos with Ted, that my client kindly bought me 🥰 turns out Ted loves pizza 🤣🤣 me & Ted have been best friends for 8 years, he waits at the front door hours before my arrival ❤️

Thank you to everyone who wished Hugo a speedy recovery and for everyone who asked about him ❤️ 4 weeks in and he’s slowly improved, only the last week we have started to see a real improvement and he seems a lot happier. He’s even managed a couple of 5 minute walks the last week 🤩 he’s definitely enjoying the extra attention and expects to be carried everywhere now 👑 feeling very lucky to have him still with us 🐶

Hi everyone, just wanted to give you all an update 🐕 My dog Hugo is poorly with pancreatitis, he spent a couple days at the vets on IVs last week and spent the day there today after minimal improvements over the weekend. I cancelled/rescheduled a lot of clients last week and it’s becoming the same again this week but thank you to everyone as you’ve all been so understanding and supportive. If he does manage to recover it’ll be a slow process meaning changes to a lot of appointment times so I’m able to get home to him every 2-3 hours to give him medication and cuddles ❤️

He’s the most beautiful dog and I’m so lucky to have been given the chance to rescue him 4 years ago and provide him a safe loving home that he always deserved. He’s just 5KG of pure love 🥰

So far 2024 has been an awfully painful year so if mother nature thinks she can swoop in and take my Hugo from us then she’s wrong 🐕
