Good Afternoon, here is something a little different. A company has passed us this advertisement plaque model. You can send them photos of your own pets and have models made. Its a lovely idea and can also be keepsakes. Call into the shop to have a look for yourself ❤️ if entering their website, please enter via the personal QR code they have issued us so the shop is recognised. They'd make great gifts ❤️🐾❤️🐾

Good Morning to you all ❤️

We hope you're all well and enjoying the bank holiday weekend.

Please, please, please avoid walking the dogs in this heat. Keep walks to early morning or late evening. Remember, pavements are hot and the sun takes its toll on us all if were not careful. Please make sure dogs and other pets have plenty of water available and plenty of shade where possible.

We will open tomorrow as planned as the shop is luckily cold most of the year round. If it does get too hot during the week in the shop then obviously we will have to decide otherwise. Lets take it a day at a time. Please do not walk dogs to appointments. Please use cars, open windows or use A/C. If youve any concerns regarding appointments, please contact us sooner rather than later.

We'd just like to apologise for any inconvenience caused today due to the power cut.
We have been reliably informed that business can resume as usual tomorrow morning.
Thank you to all of our customers who had to come back to collect their dogs and for their patience and understanding.

Last night, we had to let our little girl, Rosie, fall asleep for ever. Its the hardest thing to deal with. We love our pets so much... theyre so loyal, loving and caring, yet we have to make ourselves accept when the time is 'right' without allowing them to suffer. The least we can do is allow our pets to go as comfortable and calmly as possible, regardless of how much it hurts us. Please understand, emotions are rife at the minute. Being a dog groomer when loosing your own dog is quite challenging as there is no escape. We love our job but the mix between our own pets and own animals can be challenging. We know some of you are feeling similar emotions at the minute. Our love and thoughts are with you all ♥️♥️♥️
