** A Note on Our Pricing & Future Improvements at Grooms By Amy **
Hello everyone, We want to sincerely thank you for choosing us to care for your beloved pets—your support means the world to our small business.
We are sending this message to let you know about a modest adjustment to our prices, which will be implemented starting in November. We've always prided ourselves on providing affordable, high-quality grooming, deliberately positioning our prices near the lower end of the market.
To maintain the quality service you've come to rely on, and in light of the significant increase in operating costs across the board, a minor price change is now unavoidable. Please see the attached list detailing the new prices. In most cases, the adjustment is small—just £3 or £5. We want to assure you we've thoroughly researched the market and are confident we remain a great value option. We truly appreciate your understanding, and we've aimed to give you as much notice as possible. Should you need to explore other options, we absolutely understand.
Finally, we're thrilled to share that we've been busy planning some big improvements! We're preparing to upgrade our current facilities, enhance the services we offer, and introduce exciting new additions to our menu. Stay tuned for more exciting news coming very soon!
