❄️ Is your pet winter-ready? ⛄

Colder days can be tough on joints, weight, and all-round wellbeing — even if your pet looks like they’re doing just fine.

A winter wellness screen* helps us look a little deeper. No guesswork. No waiting for signs. Just peace of mind — so they can keep zooming, tail-wagging, and just being their happy little selves.

📞 Call us to book their winter screen and help keep them feeling good.

*For healthy dogs aged over five and cats aged over seven. If your pet is unwell, please book a vet consultation. Visit our website for full details.

Unfortunately, we have had another set of 2 cats dumped on our doorstep today before we opened. (This is the 3rd pair in 3 weeks)

We need to reiterate that we are not a rescue, there is no staff in the building overnight so this adds extra stress on our staff to try and find care for them. Unfortunately, sometimes this means leaving them overnight unsupervised.

We will be reviewing our CCTV footage to understand if this is a repeat offender. If you are struggling to look after your pets please contact a rescue or someone who provides 24/7 care.

Polite reminder to all clients that all cats need to be secured in a carrier at all times when visiting us. Of course this does not apply to when your pet is actually being examined by the Vet or Nurse.

It is unsafe to have your cat loose in a waiting room for a number of reasons. The chance of escape is high due to the high amount of traffic coming through the front doors. Also, some dogs can be cat reactive which could put your kitty in harms way!

We appreciate your cat may not be accustomed to a carrier but this is company policy and safety first!

If you do not have access to a carrier one will be provided for the duration of your visit.

Thank you for your understanding,
The Andale Team.
