The excitement is building for this weekend's Challenge Cup derby on Saturday!!

With over 3500 tickets sold, we are more than ready to take on a crowd of supporters from both teams.

We will have our lovely bar staff looking after all customers inside, and we have 2 bar staff running an outside bar with bottles and cans in the beer garden.
ALSO, for any hungry customers wanting a bite to eat, the amazing café next door will be open and selling their stunning food before the game.

Widnes Market's 150th Birthday has arrived!

Following its opening on December 1 1875, Widnes Market saw its first day of trading in Alforde Street, where it stayed until the new market hall opened at Greenoaks almost 30 years ago.

We’ll be hosting celebratory events throughout the year to highlight the market’s heritage and importance within the local community and borough as a whole.
