A disappointing incident at our shop today.

Today we had two Hozelock Revolution 9000 taken without being paid for
(£389 each)

We have comprehensive CCTV coverage throughout the shop and car park, which shows one individual carrying two of the filters out the shop past the till (very clear face) then he puts both filters in the side loading door of a white Transit connect (we also have the number plate)
times are hard for everyone we understand that, for all of you that know us here at Creation will know Mike will always go above and beyond to help anyone out no matter what or who you are so to have something like this happen is really disappointing and makes it difficult to want to keep going with the rising electric costs/rent/rates/wages

all we ask is for our stock to be paid for
we can send bank details or returned we are not looking to go to the police but of course this is a big impact to any family run business let alone an aquatic’s shop
