What a first week of dog walks for 2026! ❄️🐕 Definitely some challenging walking conditions, but seeing how happy the dogs were in the snow made it all worth it. Hoping that’s the last of the snow we see for a while 🤞🏼

2025 has been a very successful year for me, with my business growing all the time and so many miles walked along the way!

On Thursday night, I dusted off my best dress, hung up the dog leads for the evening, and had the absolute pleasure of attending the Caithness Chamber of Commerce Annual Awards Dinner.

It was a fantastic night celebrating local businesses, innovation, and the incredible people driving growth and positive change across our community.

To my complete surprise, I was overwhelmed and incredibly proud to be announced as the winner of Young Entrepreneur of the Year!

This award means the world to me. It’s a recognition not just of my own efforts, but of the support I’ve received from my amazing clients, friends, family, and the local community who have believed in me and my business from the very beginning.

A huge well done as well to thistle_and_cloth, who took home the title of Young Business of the Year! A true reflection of your fantastic efforts, so well deserved, and I’m delighted to see your hard work recognised.

Thank you to Caithness Chamber of Commerce for this honour. Here’s to continuing to grow, give back, and build something meaningful in the place I’m proud to call my home.
