Did you know, that every groom at The Pooch Parlour includes a mini health check? From nose to tail, checking eyes, ears, gums & skin health. Regular grooming is not only essential for long/curly haired dogs but also beneficial to all coat types and any breed.

*Any issues will be reported to you, to seek veterinary attention, my health check does not replace regular veterinary check ups.

And a massive thank you for keeping me busy this year, and for trusting me with your precious pooches, I'm so grateful 🥹❤️
I do have my diary for 2025 and I'll make sure to message you with your dates at some point over the next 2 weeks.

*No Shows & Last Minute Cancellations*

I really hate having to post this 🙈
But any missed appointments (no shows) or last minute cancellations (less than 24 hours) will be charged full price of the groom, to be paid before another appointment is made. Of course I fully understand things come up, and I've always accommodated the best I could, if something does come up last minute, please message or call me and I'll do my best to jiggle the diary to swap you around.
Some weeks, no shows and last minute cancellations have cost me £200 which I can't afford to let go, with the cost of running a business.
Late shows (anything over 15 mins)
If your going to be late, please let me know, I understand! Anything over 15 minutes, if I can still accommodate you I will, but the extra time will be charged per half hour as it has a knock on effect for the rest of the day.
