Our kennels were designed and built by us, the owners, custom built with your dogs comfort and welfare our priority. We chose to build single facing kennels in order to best suit nervous dogs and reactive dogs and keep our kennels as quiet and homely as possible..

✨ How to book with us! ✨

1.        Enquire either by phone/email/whatsapp to check availability.
2.        If your requested dates are available, you will then be sent our booking forms and terms and conditions to complete, sign and return to us. All previous guests paperwork is filed so need to resubmit for each visit!
3.        Once we have all the relevant information we can then input into our booking system.
4.        Our system will then send an invoice to allow you to secure your booking with the 50% deposit required.
• No booking is secured until the deposit has been paid •
5.        You will then receive your confirmation email to advise your booking is secure!

This allows us to be extra vigilant and notice any changes big or small with our guests throughout their stay with us and this can in turn be escalated and fed back to owners where necessary ✨

✨ ENRICHMENT ✨

✨ Here at HOH we like to keep our guests as stimulated and entertained as possible! With owners consent we can provide a variety of different forms of enrichment including many toys, puzzles, treats, licky mats, snuffle pads and kongs!

✨ We also encourage owners to bring any enrichment for their dogs that they usually use when at home in order to keep them happy and to limit the amount of change to their routines 🐾❤️
