It’s been some time since I last posted here, last summer was very busy .
This summer is filling up fast, please don’t leave it till the last minute, give me a call, message or drop me an email.

Due to increasing costs in food, heating, phone bills, litter, license and bin collection I have no choice than to adjust fees from the 1st April 2023.
All bookings up to and including the 31st March 2023 will be at the previous rate.
The new rates as of the 1st April can be found along with other details on my web page Kopperkins.co.uk .

Good morning , Thanks to BT my cattery number was yesterday disconnected, until such time as they can get it back up and running all correspondence will now be done via email or my website.
I received a letter and I state “ we’re stopping your service , another customer has asked to take over the telephone line at your address “
It’s called Staging and really is a thing ...
Why and how it’s allowed to happen I’m still to get answers .
I hope your all keeping well and look forward to hearing from my regular customers and new in the not to distant future .
I’ll take this opportunity to wish you all a peaceful Christmas and a wonderful and better new year ...
give all your cats a hug from me , I’ve missed them 🐾

Good Morning
We hope you have all been keeping safe and well during these times! As we look to the future we look forward to welcoming you back here at Kopperkins Boarding Cattery, however, in accordance to Government Guidelines and advice and guidance provided by Public Health England we have made a few changes.

Strict appointment times will be operated in order to facilitate 1 client on the premises at any one time.

Payment where possible should be by electronic bank transfer. Where this is not possible cash or cheque will be accepted and should be placed in the payment bin provided.

A strict 2 metre distance will be observed at all times while on the premises.

Cats will be left in the office for dropping off and collection and will not be permitted to enter the main cattery building unless in exceptional circumstances.

Clients who have experienced any of the following symptoms must inform the proprietor;
High temperature
Persistent cough
Experienced a loss of smell and/or taste
Is living with someone confirmed to having Coronavirus

Whilst every effort will be made to accommodate clients wishes it must be remembered that the safety of customers, staff and cats will be paramount.
