🐾 CARD PAYMENT UPDATE & PROCESSING FEES

We’ve listened to your requests and are pleased to offer card payments through Time To Pet. When paying by card, your invoice will automatically be marked as paid for added convenience.

As a small business, we incur processing and administration charges on every card transaction. Rather than increasing our service prices for all clients, we ask customers who choose to pay by card to add a optional £1 tip to help cover these costs.

Thank you for your understanding, support, and for helping us continue to grow while providing the highest standard of care for your pets.

Beat the heat at our doggy daycare! ☀️

When the temperatures soar, we turn our facility into a cool oasis. We’ve got every base covered to keep the pups chilled and happy:

🌊 Splashing Fun: Paddling pools and splash pads for ultimate water play.
❄️ Hydration Station: Fresh water bowls with ice in every corner.
🌬️ Breezy Vibes: Fans and cooling equipment running all day.
😴 Chill Time: Structured rest breaks to ensure everyone stays relaxed and recharged.

Holidaying in the area? 🚐

If it’s getting a bit too toasty in your caravan or holiday rental, don’t let your pup suffer in the heat! Drop them off with us for a day of refreshing fun while you explore. It’s the perfect “cool-down” retreat.

Hi everyone ☀️

With temperatures this week, including today, expected to reach between 22–30°C, it’s becoming far too hot for pavements and lengthy walks during the day. The safety and wellbeing of the dogs will always come first, so during the hotter periods we will be adapting services where needed.

We can instead offer:
🐾 Drop-in visits with garden play/toilet breaks
🐾 Short shaded enrichment sessions
🐾 Daycare at our facility

Our daycare facility is designed to keep dogs comfortable and safe in warmer weather, with cool temperature indoor areas, shaded outdoor spaces, shallow pools, splash pads, bubble play, and plenty of supervised rest time. Inside we also have a large relaxation area and even our doggy cinema for chilled downtime 🐶🎬

We will also try our best to accommodate earlier morning or later evening calls where possible to avoid the hottest parts of the day.

If we don’t hear from you, as mentioned above, we will make suitable adjustments to your dog’s service in line with the weather conditions to ensure their safety and wellbeing. If you would like to switch your dog to daycare instead, please just drop us a message and we’ll happily arrange this for you ☺️

✨PLEASE READ✨

Just a little update to let you know that we’ve recently updated all of our agreements/disclaimers on Time To Pet, so all clients will need to read and re-sign them before their next booking/service.

We’ll be sending out reminders, and our team will also be checking that these have been completed. We’ve unfortunately had a few recent no-shows and unpaid bookings, which really impacts our small business, so we really appreciate everyone’s understanding and support 💜

We’d also like to remind everyone that we will be OPEN over the Bank Holiday weekend. If you no longer require your booked services, please make sure to cancel in advance, otherwise charges will still apply as normal.

We understand that for some dogs, daycare can feel like a big step. That’s why we don’t believe in a “one size fits all” approach. From the moment an anxious newcomer arrives, we prioritize their emotional safety. Our team reads subtle body language and provides the slow, low-pressure introductions they need to feel secure🐾

Through one-on-one support, and plenty of designated quiet time, we help build their confidence at a pace that’s right for them☺️

The best part? Watching the transformation! 🌟 We’ve noticed that after just a few visits, even our most anxious pups start to truly come out of their shells. There’s nothing more rewarding than seeing a once-shy pup finally initiate play or greet their friends with a happy, confident tail wag🐶

If you’ve been hesitant to try daycare because of your dog’s nerves, let’s chat. We’re here to accommodate every pup and ensure they have a safe, supportive, and joyful experience.
