Client notice! Important

Hi all just making you all aware I am going to be putting my prices up by £1 the business is turning 4 years old next month and I’ve only ever put the prices up once which was after the first year of business most small businesses put their prices up each year which with the fluctuation of everything increasing yearly I’m going to have to do as currently my fuel is costing me an extra £30 a week and has been for a few months now and also tyres have went up £25 per tyre amongst everything else the new prices will take place starting Monday 31st August I will do up a new price list soon hope you all understand if any issues please message me ☺️

Also can I just send a reminder that I have a 48hour cancellation policy if cancelling after this point the full amount will be charged and paid before their next walk I am unfortunately going to be more strict on this I can make an understanding if the morning of the walk the dog is poorly but if your dog is poorly beforehand please let me know rather than me just being an afterthought as this is my only source of income thankyou

Also my policy changed a while back about payments I now require the dogs weekly payment on the day of their last walk that week I will be keeping on top of sending them bills directly after their last walk of the week their is no rush to send payment that instance if obviously you are at work etc but if you could please pay on the day the bill is sent that would be appreciated just so I am not chasing payments on my weekend off Thankyou

And last but not least I have had no time off/break since Christmas so I have decided to take a well deserved week off w/c Monday 7th September and will return to work Monday 14th September
