Hello everyone,
I was hoping I could run my business without having to do this, but unfortunately I’ve had too many appointments where clients haven’t turned up or have cancelled/rescheduled at very short notice.
I completely understand that life happens and things can sometimes be forgotten, we’ve all done it. However, as a small business, I can’t afford to lose that appointment time.
From now on, I will be taking a deposit to secure all appointments. Once the deposit has been received, your appointment will be confirmed. If payment isn’t received within 48 hours, the appointment will be cancelled and the slot will be made available to other clients.
A payment link will be sent to you, making it quick and easy to pay. The deposit will then be deducted from the total cost of your groom.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give as much notice as possible. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment time will result in the deposit being retained.
