💖 Deposit Policy Update 💖

As a small business and a mum, I’ve had to make the difficult decision to introduce a £25 non-refundable deposit for all grooming appointments.

Unfortunately, due to recent no-shows and last-minute cancellations, I’ve been left out of pocket — and since this is my only source of income, it directly impacts my ability to keep running the business and covering household bills.

This deposit helps protect my time and ensures appointments are taken seriously 🐾

• £25 non-refundable deposit is required upon booking
• Deposits are not transferable to other dates if cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice
• Deposit will be deducted from your final bill on the day
• Appointments with no deposit will not be confirmed
