One of the best parts of my job is leaving a home feeling calm, fresh and back under control ready for the week ahead.

Life gets busy. Houses get lived in. That’s normal!

Hello!

I don’t know about you, but I’ve been resisting the autumnal changes for as long as possible! 🙈
Growing up on a farm, animals and dark, wet, windy, wintery nights weren’t the most pleasant mix 🥴

BUT there’s something so refreshing about a dewy, sunny morning in the autumn 🌞🍃

I love seeing the magical sparkles as the sun reveals the silvery silk 🕸️ woven by the busy little spiders 🕷️across the heather.

And watching curious noses follow exciting scents around our beautiful countryside 🐾😍

I pinch myself daily, that THIS is my job 🤯🤩

If you’ve got a furry friend who needs caring for; be it some exercise and fresh air, playing and feeding at home, or overnight company, that’s exactly what I’m here for 🤭

The weather’s becoming a little less predictable (and forecasts aren’t much help 😏), but luckily for the dogs and I, I had a 6hr day with my wonderful founding clients.

The first hour was spent painting doors and radiators 🎨 willing through the window for the rain to pass 🌧️ and lots of cuddles 🐶🐕🥰

After waiting *very* patiently (with a few nose nudges, chatters and eyeing the door in eager anticipation 😋), we headed out for a good long walk and stick chasing, across fields and through woods 🐾🌳🍃

When we arrived back to the house, my gorgeous client had made the most delicious spiced vegetable soup 🤤 which kept me going for more house jobs and dog cuddles in the afternoon ☺️
