Although I originally started it without a dog (Absurd!), I now own a lovely dog who has brought a whole new dimension to Absurd Design as well as the products and designs I create. Mine has decided to add extra 0’s to all my prices. 🤯 Super ABSURD!! This does seem to only be affecting the collection pages. If you click into a product the right price is there. My rivet supplier has sadly gone under and I’ve had to switch up and find others. I’ve gone through several companies and unfortunately black rust proof rivets are a thing of the past! 🤦🏻‍♀️ So from now on all wetsuit collars will have nickel plated rust proof rivets. I am re making all collars to photograph and replace on the website. So apologies in advance to anyone ordering a dog collar and expecting black rivets. I am writing a little note to explain in with the order ☺️ Thank you for your patience while I swap these out. Kate x

For Ginger 🐾 ❤️
I have just finished this memory quilt blanket - made up of treasured beds, coats and toys that Ginger loved to wear and use. The backing fabric is similar to the wild flowers that grow near to Ginger’s home which she loved to run through. This project was such a lovely one and I’m very excited to send back to the customer to enjoy for many years to come.

Coming this September ! 🔈NEW 4 week course aimed at puppy owners. I’ve been silently working on something very exciting in the background of 😊 Puppy ownership is difficult (I’ve been there!) I am now studying to be a dog behaviour technican and I wanted to create a course I wish had been available to me with my puppy journey. A safe place to discuss any issues or concerns you are having, learn about your puppy’s development and understand dog behaviours to build a fantastic bond. ** If you live down in Dorset this might be one for you! **
✖️ Are you looking to learn more about why your puppy does certain behaviours?
✖️ Get help and advice in the early stages of puppy ownership and discuss your experiences with other like minded owners.
✖️Struggling with any unwanted behaviours or want to learn how to raise your puppy to be happy and confident!
✖️Courses will be held in Poundbury and Weymouth
