To all my customers that are booked in over the next few days, I am sure you are all aware that the temperature is going to get very hot and my grooming room has no air con so gets very warm. With this in mind I will be contacting some of you to reschedule appointments. Please be aware that I donโt make this kind of decision lightly but I must think of the dogs well being first and foremost. Heat stroke is a real threat when itโs this warm and can have devastating consequences. I hope you will understand if you are one of the customers that I choose to reschedule and I will look forward to seeing your dog when itโs cooler and safer for them.
