We would like to take minute and say a few words about one of our very loyal customers who unfortunatly lost her beloved Indy this week, they have been coming to the shop for a very long time, Indy made a huge impression on everyone he met, from puppies to adult dogs, little humans to adults he touched everyones hearts. His owner Jill called him her velcro dog as they went everywhere together, out to stones for breakfast, walks along the beach, to the shop to pick out some treats. We will truly miss you Indy, your little nudges for attentions, your wagging tail, your happy face, run free of pain over the rainbow bridge 🌈❤️

One of our lovely customers has lost her cat, he was last seen at the Openreach Depot in Cross BS26 2ED unfortunately he ran across into some fields. Share if possible we know how she must feel as we all love our animals so much! If you see anything or hear anything about bob let us know and we can pass this on to his owner. Well.....we have had a challenge for Maceys Summer suit today. As you can see she had some "fun" this morning. So we have taken photos of how the suit kept the covered parts clean. This meant a much easier wash after. These suits are brilliant during the Autumn months when it's still warm but a "little" damp

As alot of our customers know we are a massive supporter of charities and today we have been lucky enough to have Nathaniel from Battersea with us to talk to you about everything that's related to adopting, fostering or maybe just some questions about the dog you have already. We are very happy that they reached out to us as they are a huge organisation, their documentry For The Love Of Dogs featured Paul O'Grady and we know how much he loved the dogs, he even rehomed one himself. It's so important that we rescue where we can ❤️
