I’ve had a lovely mix of boarders and trial stays with us recently.

Moss joined us for a weekend and had the best time playing with our little Dots. He’s usually out adventuring with canineadventuresdogwalking so it was lovely to have him stay with us for a few days.

Cooper the handsome Spaniel came back for another stay and, as always, strutted straight in like he’d never been away! We share Cooper’s care with The Dog Family WSM and it’s always so nice to see him settle in so quickly.

Freddie came for his trial sleepover ahead of his upcoming holiday while his usual boarder - Dog Walkers UK enjoys some well earned time off. Trials are such a great way to help dogs feel relaxed and confident before a longer stay.

And finally, our gorgeous Nellie has been enjoying a few settling-in sessions before her extended holiday with us later this year.

I really do believe that working together with other local pet professionals is one of the best ways we can support our clients and, most importantly, their dogs. Whether it’s covering holidays, sharing care, or making sure every dog is somewhere they know and trust, teamwork means our local pups always get the very best care. 💜🐾

✨ Boarding Availability Update ✨

Our boarding spaces are filling up incredibly quickly! 🐾 If you’re one of my regular clients and already have holidays or weekends away planned, please get in touch as soon as possible so I can get your dates safely into the diary.

I already have bookings secured right through to 2028, so planning ahead really is the best way to avoid disappointment!

The availability shown on this poster represents the only weekday boarding spaces I have left between now and November. I also only have a handful of weekend spaces remaining in September and October, so these are very limited too.

If you’d like to secure a space, just send me a message and I’ll be happy to check availability for you. 💜

Why Trial Stays Matter 🐾

Trial stays are one of the most important parts of preparing for boarding. They give your dog the opportunity to become familiar with a new environment, new people, and a different routine without the pressure of a longer stay.

They also allow me to get to know your dog’s personality, habits, and individual needs, helping me provide the safest, happiest, and most comfortable experience possible. A successful trial builds confidence for both your dog and you, making longer boarding stays far less stressful and much more enjoyable.

Every dog is different, and trial stays help set them up for success.

💜 Reminder 💜

Just a little reminder that I’ll be taking some time off from walks and daycare to enjoy the half term holidays with my girls.

One of the things I love most about running my own business is the flexibility it gives me to be there for these special moments. My eldest is heading off to secondary school soon, and I have a feeling this could be one of the last half terms where she’ll actually want to spend it with Mum, so it’s one I’ll be cherishing. 🥹💜

I’ll still be around behind the scenes, although my replies may be a little slower than usual. If you find yourself needing any last-minute pet care, please don’t hesitate to get in touch I’ll happily point you in the right direction to one of the lovely local ladies I trust to help.
