Do you have your cats booked to stay with us during the summer? If, so, please take note of the new, hopefully temporary, arrangements :
COVID-19 DROP OFF AND COLLECTION ARRANGEMENTS
1. In order to avoid numbers of customers arriving at the cattery at the same time, all arrivals at the cattery will now be by appointment only.
2. No need to use intercom at gate, just drive in, toot horn and wait for assistance in the car park.
3. Drop off and collection of your cats will be done in the car park - there will be no access to the cattery until further notice.
4. Please only bring your cats and carriers - no beds, bedding, toys, scratching posts etc - we supply everything your cats need.
5. Prior to commencement of boarding, we will email you a copy of the information we hold for your cat so you can advise us of any changes to diet etc. If we do not hold a current vaccination date, we will need that to be updated at this time.
6. We will also email a copy of your bill and request that you make payment online as we do not have a contactless card facility.
