All Bikes on the Greenwich Peninsula was a complete rebuild project, as the previous building had unfortunately burnt down. When we arrived, the demolition, clearance and groundwork were underway.

The dimensions of the new building had to remain exactly the same as the previous one, which left us with a 600mm gap to the fence at the back and no space to move onto the pavement around the footprint. It was surrounded by public roadways that remained live throughout.

We love a challenge, and with our team, we built a brand-new space with mezzanine floors on both the top and ground floors to accommodate a café, a retail area, and a workshop.
