It's been over 4 years since I opened West Paws grooming and it has absolutely flown by. With the redecoration of my salon I thought it's time for a relaunch!
So a bit about me! Before West Paws I worked in the retail and cosmetics industry for over 20 years. I had some great times but it no longer fit my lifestyle. I kept coming back to my passion for dogs and wondered what my next step could be. Then when taking my cocker spaniel for a groom it came to me that maybe this could be for me 🤔 I found an amazing mentor and got myself booked on a city and guilds course. I loved the training and stayed on at the salon afterwards whilst I built my business at home.
It didn't take long for me to establish a great client base and I have lots of lovely customers who I now consider friends. As the years have passed I have enjoyed running my own business and the ability to carve out the way I like to do things. My main principles are always kindness and understanding and helping to take the best care of the doggies so they feel calm and happy. I really try to listen to each dogs needs and customers specications for the groom whilst offering suggestions and feedback.
Thank you to everyone who supports my little business I really do have the best customers and dogs I am so grateful everyday! I hope you enjoy the little video my v talented friend made whilst I groomed her new addition Winnie 💕 thank you Molly Violet
