🌟 RULES, TERMS & CONDITIONS 🌟
We respectfully ask that all service users adhere to & note the following:

🚗 Please park beside our “Animal Actors” Caravan. Wait in your car with your dogs until the previous visitor is back in their own vehicle – Many of the dogs using the barn are nervous/reactive to other dogs or people.

🐕‍🦺 Max. 4x dogs per booking - please let us know how many dogs & people will attend alongside the dogs breed.

💩 Dog owners are responsible for picking up and disposing of pet waste in the bins provided.

🐾 Dog owners are liable for damage or injury inflicted by their dog.

🚫 We are unable to facilitate any dog who falls under the Dangerous Dog Act. Please state your dogs breed when booking.

🦮Dogs must be on a lead when entering and exiting the Barn.

⏰ Do not arrive late or you will miss your time slot, you may need to re-book.

🚷 Owners/ dogs are not permitted within any other area of the property other than the Barn.

🪏 Dogs are not permitted to dig within the barn. This may cause other users to trip/ fall and will damage the Barn base.

🐾 Owners must remain with dogs at all times.

❣️Owners are responsible for their dogs behaviour whilst on our property.

🐴 The property is home to other animals including horses who have right of way at all times. Please do not approach or pet our animals.

❤️‍🩹No responsibility will be taken by the Barn owners for damage or injury sustained to property, individuals or dogs.

🚙 Vehicles parked on the property are done so at the car owners own risk.

🚭Strictly no smoking inside the Barn or on our property (electronic ci******es are permitted outdoors).

🍻No glass or bottles with removable caps are permitted inside the barn.

🚮 All litter must be disposed of in the bin provided.

🥎 Allow time within your session to return any toys used and leave the barn as you found it.

⚽️ Play and exercise equipment installed in the barn is intended only for the use of dogs only.

📢 Please report any damages to us as soon as possible. It is the utmost importance to us to maintain a safe and secure space for your peace of mind.

‘The Bow Wow Barn’ is a safe and secure indoor play space for dogs & owners, based in West Kilbride.

Private hires only - so only yourself & your dog(s) will be present during your booking. Complete with fun obstacles offering a great space to practice training or just have fun. Ideal for nervous & reactive dogs or to burn off extra energy. Available for up to 4 dogs.

30mins ~ £10
60mins ~ £20
