I got to spend the afternoon with the beautiful Bella our competition winner!
I’m so glad this gorgeous rescue girl won. She was an absolute delight to groom and I can’t wait to see her again in the future. She’s a credit to her lovely mum Catherine 🐶💜

⚠️ COVID-19 ANNOUNCEMENT ⚠️

It's with a heavy heart that I advise all our customers that we are temporarily closing with immediate effect.

Due to the statement issued today by the Scottish Government on preventing the spread of the Coronavirus, it would be highly inappropriate and extremely irresponsible of me to keep the business open.

Therefore for the health of all involved and the wider community, I've made this difficult decision.

Athough every effort has gone into practicing enhanced sanitizing and social distancing, I feel the risk, especially as the confirmed cases are growing fast, is too great.

I hope you all return once we are through these uncertain times and I will do everything I can to fit your pets in as soon as possible, when it is safe to do so.

Also the competition will still be drawn at the end of this month and the prize winner will be able to use their voucher once we are open again.

Thank you for all your continued support and I'm going to miss all our lovely clients.

You may have seen the post suggesting that pets could die from licking hands that have been cleaned with hand sanitiser as it contains the same ingredients as anti-freeze. This is not true.

Yes, hand sanitisers usually contain high levels of alcohol, which can be poisonous to pets in high quantities, but they do not contain ethylene glycol, the ingredient in antifreeze which is highly toxic.

Please be reassured there is no possibility of your pet being poisoned after licking hands that have been cleaned with hand sanitiser.
