Yoqi Qigong

Would recommend alway having some bodywork done a couple of weeks after dentist even if your horse seems fine. Take this retired young man had dentist two weeks ago, I spent 40 minutes just working on his front end resulting in 15 yawns, two stretches, numerous sneezes, head and body shakes. But seemed fine and never puts a foot wrong for dentist 🤷‍♂️💕

Those who no me won’t be surprised to learn my recent holiday was actually an immersion to bring together all of my Qigong training so that I can now teach the amazing Yoqi Qigong flows. Which work with the organs of the body and seasons to help keep you healthy. An example would be lungs and immune system are weakest in winter so thru Autumn we do flows to strengthen them in preparation 😊 anyone interested in learning more please get in touch. 🥰
