If anyone has any old ink cartridges laying around... 🙏

Did you know that you can help us raise funds simply by recycling your ink cartridges via our Recycle4Charity programme?

For each ink cartridge recycled via the programme we will receive up to £2 donation.
In December, we raised £14 from our supporters by them simply sending off their used print cartridges - at no cost to the individual. Whilst this may not seem significant, every little helps at WRAS and this will help provide food to some of the animals in our care.

Every Christmas, Santa visits the Rainbow Bridge to deliver treats to all our wonderful pets, and I like to imagine the joy waiting there. Soft paws gather, familiar eyes shine again, and for a little while, everything feels just right. In that peaceful place, there is no pain or waiting, only love being remembered and celebrated.

Thinking of that brings comfort to my heart during the season. Somewhere beyond the Rainbow Bridge, I believe my own beloved pets are there too, safe and happy, still carrying the love we shared. And here, as I miss them more than ever at Christmas, that thought reminds me that love never ends, it simply finds new ways to stay close.

🐾 NOW HOMED🐾

Sweet Gypsy has been patiently waiting for someone to see the gentle soul behind her shy eyes.

After struggling to settle in her last home, she’s back in our care, still hopeful that the right person will come along.

She just needs someone patient, kind, and willing to give her the time she needs to truly feel safe. Once she does, she’s affectionate, playful, and full of quiet charm.

Please help us find Gypsy the loving home she so deeply deserves. 🐾
