What an incredible morning we had today — full of cloudy skies, cooler air, and waggy tails. 🐾☁️🐶

After what feels like forever worrying about the heat, keeping walks shorter and slower, cancelling walks altogether and having to take time off, today finally felt like a huge breath of fresh cool air 😁

The cooler temperatures made such a difference, and you could see it immediately in the dogs — happy faces, excited zoomies, and tails wagging from start to finish 💖

There was so much running, playing, sniffing, chasing, and pure excitement, and honestly it was lovely to see them all so relaxed and happy again.

Days like this really remind you why we do what we do. Muddy paws, wet fur, tired legs, and very happy dogs all round — exactly how it should be. ❤️🐶

One heatwave was enough for us thank you 😎🤣

✨ Another day, another adventure, another beautiful pack✨

On our lunchtime walk today, we headed up to Culmstock Beacon on the beautiful Blackdown Hills. The views up there are always incredible, with sunshine across the countryside and the chance of spotting the odd red deer along the way. Days like these are what it’s all about — making friends, exploring together, and turning simple walks into wonderful little adventures. 🐾💝🥰🐶

🐾 Our Wednesday sessions at Duke’s Paddock Are Now in Full Swing! 🐾

🐶 More off-lead fun, more friendships, and more wagging tails…

We've welcomed some new faces to the paddock, including a couple of younger pups, and it was so nice to see them getting stuck in, finding their feet, and starting to make new friends. 🐾💛

From running around the field to exploring, sniffing and socialising, the dogs had a great time together and definitely made the most of the space — going home happy and nicely tired!

🐶 These sessions can be especially lovely for younger dogs who are still learning, as they get the chance to mix with others, build confidence, and develop their social skills in a calm and secure environment.

🎉 From May, we’ll be introducing a THIRD weekly visit to Duke’s Paddock! 🎉 We will keep these regular sessions going until the inevitable hot summer arrives when we will be offering an alternative that would likely be a shaded trip to the river for a paddle with friends. 🌊😎 We will then be returning back to paddock at the end of the summer 🍂
