I just thought I would share this picture of a hedgehog nest made by quite a young hog in my garden. It’s the time of year where we start to clear up the gardens but you can see that there nests can so easily be missed. I only know it’s in there because I heard lots of noise and saw it emerge. Just something for us to all be conscious of at this time of year x

It is going to be a hot weekend. Please leave out fresh water for our wildlife. Hedgehogs drink approximately 200ml of water per day.

theres nothing better than a walk with friends and a picnic first Mersea Island then the woods to cool down. Have not walked so much in ages!! dogs loved it too, although Shugs was camera shy. Some kids tried to brave the sea and the ducks and swans on the river were a joy to see

Milo having a well earned break from training in the Highwoods park stream - great weather to get out and about and stimulate the dogs!
