Trevor is still looking for his perfect partner.

He’s an impressive type, well put together lad that would easily event/hunt/showjump

Bags of scope and incredibly brave. We’ve yet to find a jump he’ll look at.
Happy to jump off any stride

LOVES to hack, he’s out front ears pricked and bold as you like.

He’ll have a buck so isn’t suitable for a beginner or novice rider but a quiet confident rider would get the best out of him.

He’s the highest 4 figures and is open to all inspections

🩶Duchess 🩶

Sales livery duchess having a school round.

Duchess is offered as a bit of a project. She’s a very sweet mare with a lot to like but does run on her nerves a little bit. She’s by no means naughty/nasty or dangerous but would suit a quiet confident rider who can give her confidence.

She’s going to be a very 1 to 1 mare that I honestly think would do grassroots all day long with the right person.

Sweet to work with, nicely put together, easy to handle. Not in the slightest bit mareish nappy or nasty.

🩶Project type mare with a lot of potential 🩶

Rising 8yr old 15.3hh grey ISH mare
Duchess is a lovely mare who has been here the last couple of weeks on schooling.
She was purchased last year as a confidence giver for a child but has proved to be a bit much horse and a bit more blood than they were looking for.
She’s schooling well in all 3 paces
She has a lovely jump although does have very limited jumping experience so would require work
She does hack both alone and in company but can be nervy of fast moving cars/vans etc
Where we are (countryside) she’s been not a bit of bother but would need a lot of work to get her out hacking on busy roads.

She’s not the type that bucks/broncs/rears but is a sensitive mare that would suit a confident quiet patient rider.

The best way to describe her is she’s a busy mare, she likes to work, if you wanted to ride her a couple of times a day she’d be delighted.
She went to a camp last year and absolutely thrived with the busy routine, hard work and buzz of the event.

She’d event all day long with the correct person.
She’s an easy mare to have on the ground, good manners, easy to work with no vices.

Nicely put together, good feet, up to date with everything.
Ready for someone to make a nice job of

Ollie 🤎

Flying through his assessment this week we have the lovey Ollie 🐎

Ollie is the ultimate allrounder, being in his late teens he’s been there done that and got the T-shirt.

A true all round gentleman type that would give loads of confidence to his jockey.

Hes 13.2hh and has been used for both children and adults. He schools lovely in all 3 paces and would easily go into the show ring/working hunter ring right away.

Has been out competing unaffiliated at 75/85cm level at both showjumping and cross country and always in the ribbons.

Hacks both alone and in company and has proven to be safe and sensible in traffic with a more woah than go attitude 🥰

Ollie is a total delight to work with on the ground. He’s very easy going, easy to work with, a real yard favourite.

Showjumper one day.. happy hack the next

Trevor LOVES to hack, he likes to be upfront leading the way and just aswell as he’s incredibly bold.
We’ve passed all sorts of traffic without hesitation (okay we are on a quiet road but we do get cars/vans/bikes/walkers/tractors/dogs)

Into an open field for canter and a couple of pictures… full control happy to go but also happy to stop. Doesn’t get wound up or silly.

Here’s what else we learned

✅Happy to pass a variety of traffic
✅Happy to go first or last (although does prefer up front he walks fast)
✅Not spooky looky or silly in any way
✅Good with dogs around his feet
✅Controlled in open spaces
✅Can open/shut gates on him
✅Not phased by wind turbines🤣

Lovely sales livery Trevor headed out to Morris this week for a lovely double clear in both the 90 & 1m

Here’s what else he proved

✅Super to load
✅Travels brilliantly
✅Stood well on the truck
✅Tied to the truck and tacked up without any issues
✅Warmed up well with others
✅Didn’t look at a thing
✅Passed tractors in a busy car park

I left here myself with Trevor and he loaded and travelled lovely so would be easily managed by someone that goes out and about on their own, he has incredible manners 🧡

Busy day for us as we waved off 2 of our lovely sales liveries.

Lovely Lady who was here 2.5yrs ago and sadly outgrown has found what we think will be her forever home 🦄 her new owner has waited a long time for the perfect horse and scrolled every sales ad in the UK but when she saw Lady she knew she was for her!
It was love at first sight or ride as it may be and she just absolutely adored Lady and all her Lady like sass 💁‍♀️
Big thanks to Duncan at Ayr Equestrian Transport for taking her to her new home 🚛

And wee Tootie Fruitie has also found a really lovely home just round the corner from us where she’ll make 2 little girls extremely happy! Again they fell in love and after a couple of viewings, a 5 stage vetting and a negative strangles result she headed to her new home today.
Big thanks to Gracie who has been doing all things ‘pony club’ with Tootie over the last few days and was up ready for loading her and waving her off today 🥰🦄

Delighted to have been at Musselburgh today watching the fantastic ‘Gallus Norman’ win for his wonderful owners Fiona & Frank 🥰

Norman is full brother to ‘Corky’ and half brother to ‘Millie’ who are currently at Meadowhead 🐎💨

Big Gallus Norman won his 1st race at Musselburgh this afternoon under a brilliant ride from Eireann Cagney making that 20 winners of 2026 for the team!
