My name is Lucy and I am crazy about dogs. I am based in North East England and currently own 7 dogs. I run Cleverpawz Dog Training & Behaviour and am the resident trainer at Cleverpawz Agility Club and compete at various levels both at KC and UKA. Four of my dogs compete at KC championship level at the moment. I am University Educated holding a Ba (Hons) in Education and work part-time as a Lectu
rer. My remaining time is devoted to looking after dog’s and their owners needs and training and having fun with my own dogs. I am a qualified ADTB instructor, KC Agility Judge and I volunteer as a qualified trainer for Dog AID (Assistance in Disability). I am also fully insured with profession indemnity and have trained as a first aider for both human and canine. All my training methods are based on rewards and positive reinforcement and no punishment is ever advocated. I am totally committed to adding to my understanding of dogs, and love to observe what makes them tick, regularly attending seminars to keep up to date with the new training methods emerging. My qualifications allow me to take a unique slant on my training both educating the owner and training the dog simultaneously.I offer 1 to 1 training throughout the North East.
