Evening all , my Christmas diary is now full from Thursday 9th-23rd December everyday of the week, il Already be working 8.30-8pm every day and I can’t possibly fit anything else in on those days now, so for anybody that still hasn’t contacted me regarding Christmas bookings please get in touch as soon as possible so I can find you a date 1st-8th .

Can I also just remind you that like every year I will be taking deposits (£10 per dog) to secure your bookings, which need to be received by me no later than November 30th. After this, I rewrite my Christmas diary with all that have paid deposits. All other slots will be offered to those on the cancellation list.

deposits can be dropped in at the shop (please send me a message and notify me if I’m not there), or paid to the usual account . Deposits will of course be taken off the balance of your grooms.

Dare I say it buttt Christmas is fast approaching 🙈 needing to get all of my regulars booked in & also pre Christmas grooms sorted too, please remember those that which choose to book for Christmas and have a breed that gets matted I.e double coated, Curly, long haired breeds ideally need both apps in place to prevent me running behind over Christmas .. as it’s not a possibility for me Thankyou for your understanding 😘

Going forward I will be taking deposits before confirming any bookings in my diary .. the past two weeks I’ve had multiple now shows or messages minutes before Im ready to take bookings in , letting me know they won’t be coming or have ‘just forgotten’
I can’t run my business this way.
I’ve held off doing this for 7 years as I’ve a huge amount of customers that have never missed a single app.. or at least liase with me if there has been an emergency and can’t make it over. Which is totally fine!
Sorry to throw the ‘single parent’ card in here but it’s fact, I shouldn’t be down a huge wage at the end of the week just because people have forgotten! .. there are plenty of other customers on a waiting list ready to take your app , if you just communicate with me

Hi all .. hoping everybody is well.
For all of you who’s dogs maybe due around the 16th-23rd July.. (with 12th,14th & 15th now full) I’m just sending a courtesy message out letting you know I will now be away on holiday between these dates.
If you’d like me to get you booked in before I leave, so your dogs arnt going overdue please let me know.. if your happy waiting, that’s absolutely fine. But please also send me over a date after the 23rd as I’m more than likely going to get booked up as soon as I’m home having had the previous week off
