Going forward I will be taking deposits before confirming any bookings in my diary .. the past two weeks I’ve had multiple now shows or messages minutes before Im ready to take bookings in , letting me know they won’t be coming or have ‘just forgotten’
I can’t run my business this way.
I’ve held off doing this for 7 years as I’ve a huge amount of customers that have never missed a single app.. or at least liase with me if there has been an emergency and can’t make it over. Which is totally fine!
Sorry to throw the ‘single parent’ card in here but it’s fact, I shouldn’t be down a huge wage at the end of the week just because people have forgotten! .. there are plenty of other customers on a waiting list ready to take your app , if you just communicate with me

Hi all .. hoping everybody is well.
For all of you who’s dogs maybe due around the 16th-23rd July.. (with 12th,14th & 15th now full) I’m just sending a courtesy message out letting you know I will now be away on holiday between these dates.
If you’d like me to get you booked in before I leave, so your dogs arnt going overdue please let me know.. if your happy waiting, that’s absolutely fine. But please also send me over a date after the 23rd as I’m more than likely going to get booked up as soon as I’m home having had the previous week off

🎈🎉HAPPY 7th BIRTHDAY🎉🎈

Oh my dog is 7 today wow!! What a ride it’s been .. never could I of dreamed starting out my little business would be what it is today .. bookings are through the roof at the moment🥰and whilst I have loads and loads of customers that have stayed with me since day one, I have new joining me often! .. this is down to you , my loyal customers & now friends🫶I havnt advertised for years really, which means word of mouth and recommendations from you all is what keeps this business thriving!
Cannot ever thankyou enough for the kind words that are fed back to me . And the trust that’s put in me to take care of your pets while they are we me.
I care so much about all of you and that won’t ever change!

🐶polite reminder🐶

I send this message out every year when the weather starts to get warmer☺️while every attempt is made by myself to keep my visitors cooler and hydrated when in my care.. I really need my customers to be on time when asked to collect please .. I will always give the correct time for collecting as i usually would. so that they can leave the shop the minute their groom is finished.

It is also always advised to drive them to and from appointments where possible please.. any dog that does arrive to me already overheating and struggling because they’ve been walked a long way beforehand, maybe refused.
I cannot then put them at further risk by overheating them with my dryers after that etc.
