What a wonderful time we're having visiting family in Austria. While I'm here, I had the pleasure of giving beautiful Bolly her first puppy haircut.

Bolly is a gorgeous 16-week-old
Lagotto Romagnolo. We've been getting to know each other this week, spending time on gentle desensitisation to grooming tools, handling and techniques.
She did so well during her first trim last night and took everything in her stride. We think she looks absolutely beautiful! 😍

Puppy introductions like these are so important. Taking the time to build confidence and positive associations helps set puppies up for a lifetime of stress-free grooming experiences.

Well done, Bolly, Tamara and Daniel. A great family job! ❤️

I’m currently transitioning over to a new booking system, so I’ve temporarily turned off online booking while everything is set up properly behind the scenes ✂️

All existing bookings made through Fresha are still going ahead as planned, your appointment dates and times will not change.

For existing clients:
I’ve created a simple appointment request form where you can choose your service, add any spa treatments, and let me know your preferred days and times. I’ll then match you with the best available slot.

Yesterday I had the pleasure of meeting these two beautiful British Short Haired cats 😍

They came in for a full pamper, including a bath and de-shed, nail trim, ear clean and a gentle face clean, and they were absolute stars throughout.

Such stunning cats, both inside and out 🐾💙

I feel very lucky to spend my days with animals like these!

Some dogs stay with you long after they leave, and Tilly will always be one of those for me 🤍

When she first came to me, grooming wasn’t easy for her. She found parts of it overwhelming and we had to take things at her pace. Some days we couldn’t do everything, some days we just focused on what she felt comfortable with, and that was always okay.

Over time, with patience, consistency, and trust, she changed so much. She went from being unsure and reactive to finishing her grooms relaxed, settled, and so proud of herself. Those quiet moments at the end meant everything.

She was never about the “perfect groom”. She was about progress, trust, and feeling safe. And that is something I will always be proud of.

She was so loved, and that always showed in her quiet confidence and moments of sass.

I feel very lucky to have been part of her life over the last five years. She really was a special girl and one I will never forget.
