Attention all....
We've had a few no shows this week. We've tried contacting the owners as we go to give them chance to still attend but we've had no joy with some wanting to 'just rebook'.
We understand people are busy and have places to be, but we also need to remind people that this is our livelihood and we have bills to pay. Missed appointments cost us money and waste time as well as turning genuin people away.
We will be requiring full grooming costs for missed appointments and next appointment paid in full in order to rebook.
Please remember, we do have a fee if the dogs fur is matted, as well as a flea charge if any fleas are found, this helps us pay for treatment in the shop. If your dog has fleas, do not make any appointments until you know your dog is treated and clear.
If you do want to make an appointment but find us closed, feel free to message through Facebook messenger and we will reply when possible.
