To all our valued customers,

Over the last 4 years we’ve done everything possible to hold our prices on Prime Raw, despite constant increases in costs behind the scenes. As a small independent business, we’ve always tried to keep raw feeding affordable for everyone and absorb as much as we could ourselves.

Unfortunately, we’ve now reached the point where it’s become impossible to swallow any more price increases without affecting the business.

From now on, Prime Raw will increase to £22 per box for 20 rolls.

Even at this new price, we still believe this is an amazing box deal and extremely hard to beat for the quality and value offered.

We truly appreciate every single customer for your continued support, understanding, and loyalty to small business — it genuinely means the world to us.

⚠️ Important Notice to Our Customers ⚠️

Please don’t be offended, but from today our staff will be checking all banknotes at the till. Unfortunately, counterfeit notes have been doing the rounds locally, and today we had a customer pay £100 in fake notes. We have also had some used in our shop over the past couple of weeks.

Please also be aware that CCTV is in use throughout the store.

As a small family-run business, losses like this have a real impact on us, so we hope you understand why this step is necessary. We truly appreciate your support and cooperation in helping us protect our business.
