Please remember that there is a £20 per dog cancelation fee if cancelled within 48hrs as I need this time to fill the slot. If I can fill the slot there will be no need to pay this. I put this in place in April as I was losing too much money. (mostly due to new customers)And since doing this, it’s amazing how much people make that little bit more effort to get there dog to me.
