Why We Deep Dive Into Every Product We Stock 🐾
Naturally Dogs started with our own journey when Scooby, our rescue pup, developed severe allergies and intolerances. That meant going down the rabbit hole into pet food labels, ingredients, sourcing, and processing.
What we found was eye-opening (and honestly, a bit scary). In the UK pet industry, packaging can say “venison sausage” in bold on the front… but only be 40% venison, with the rest made up of beef and chicken. Fillers, by-products, and misleading marketing are everywhere.
