Paddy has been a huge part of my dog grooming career he’s been a client of mine right from the start I’ve loved pampering him and making him look beautiful. Sadly he went over the rainbow bridge yesterday I am absolutely devastated and will miss seeing him so much rip Pads 😩💔🐶💙💙

I’ve had a cancellation for the week before Christmas if anyone wants it- Tuesday 19th December at 9am? Now filled!

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment please give me as much notice as possible I know stuff comes up but my income is to pay bills and feed my family just like everyone else.

I’m going to start sending out reminders for appointments if you fail to give me 48 hours notice 50% of the groom will be payable if you no show me then full charge of the groom will be payable before you can re book back in.

I’ve had 3 no shows this week and worked my day off and did 3 dogs which if I’d of had notice I could of done the other days and actually had a full day off!

One no show a day of average £25 results in a loss of £75 a week. Roughly £300 a month. That’s £3600 a year. Even if the 50% cancellation is paid that’s still a loss of £1800 a year which to some is a months pay. Imagine working for a company and loosing a whole months wage every year that you rely on to pay bills. (I did pinch this comparison from another salons page but it speaks for itself, hopefully will help people understand why self employed dog groomers, hairdressers and beauticians etc have a cancellation policy) thankyou 😊

Feel like all I do is moan at the moment, but really getting fed up now honestly considering a different career! I’ve been letting people pay by bank transfer as I’m soft and I do have to pay for people using card but still waiting on some payments from this week. 😩🙄 Please send your payments before leaving it’s only fair if I have to chase you for a payment more than once I won’t groom your dog again it’s as simple as that. I already spend enough time grooming dogs booking appointments etc shouldn’t have to spend my free time chasing payments. 🙄
Rant over 😂 thank you to everyone else who always pays straight away I really do appreciate it!
