15 years ago we brought our darling Mojo home, she was exactly 8 weeks old - I know now small breeds are better staying with their mother for a few more weeks than that really, larger breeds are usually fine at 8 weeks but I keep my pups until they are 12 weeks and they are so much quicker at fitting in with their new families at that age - I’m never in a hurry to part with them, they’d stay even longer if they needed to. Don’t be in a rush to get your puppy home if they have a kind breeder and a lovely mum they are better there for a little longer, and us breeders never mind you visiting them until they come home, in fact we welcome it. Puppies often are going though a fear period at 8 weeks old, and Mojo was right bang in the middle of it and was a jumpy and worried pup for a few days which would have been avoided if we’d left it longer, never the less it makes me smile to see her here with Jamie - as this point I didn’t know all the fun we were going to have!

A lovely sunny day in Malvern for the WELKS championship show - Pretzel’s first time showing on grass and she was so funny, biting my ankle and being her wild little self to achieve best puppy female in breed - so proud of her! She truly loves every dog and person she sees. Herbie gained a second in limit and was the goofiest and cutest boy as ever, love him to bits - Pippa and Vamos’ first two kids and I’m a happy breeder 💓

A very merry Christmas from myself and the whole of Mojo’s family and thank you for still tuning in even though our darling Mojo has been gone almost 3 years🐾🐾 she can be watched on Christmas Day on the BBC in ‘Matilda’ doing her signature ‘twirl’ 🥹

Hope everyone is having a lovely Christmas holiday and that Santa has been - just looking through my favourite Mojo pictures and thought I might share a few that make me smile - she is so missed but I’m constantly reminded of her through Freddie and Ernie her sons and Pixie and Pippa her granddaughters 🥰 Pippa particularly has more than a good dash of Mojo personality 💓 hope you love them too💓
