Suited to every individual and owner preferences, I will care for your animals like they are my own!

With over 20 + years experience from small domestics to large exotics, I have experienced many species with different requirements!

I have ingrained in me health checking your animals on arrival, detailed hand overs, lock checks and advising on anything from health care and enrichment ideas to enclosure recommendations.

I have administered various medication and provided veterinary treatments. I have hand-reared various species, worked with high risk animals and worked in every environment you can think of.

My name is Nicole & I offer regular or Ad-Hoc bookings, each booking is suited to the individuals needs.

I am also fully insured and DBS checked.

I have over 20 years animal experience with 14 of those as an experienced zookeeper. I have experience with animals:

-Needing medical treatments
-Hand-rearing
-Young animals with protective mothers
-Animals with anxiety
-Animals that are high risk
-Geriatric animals
-Animals needing training

My training experience has been over a wide variety of species. This included training our elephant herd for health checks and footcare, and a variety of desensitisation training which included ultrasounds, medical treatments and crate training. I was also the lead trainer for our giraffe and implemented their first training programme.

Despite all my training experience I have put myself through a variety of canine courses and I am looking forward to starting a course this year to get my canine training accreditation via PACT!

I could look after these animals everyday 😍 Leaving the zoo this year I didn't realise how much I have missed sticking my boots on and looking after an enclosure.

The owners of these animals truly have put animal welfare first and thought of absolutely everything to allow them all to thrive. Just look at the space they have set aside for them 🙌

I have thoroughly enjoyed getting to know each animal and keeping their space clean and ready for them to use again.

No dogs this weekend. I am with the feathered variety for a change. Not sure which lady is my favourite but this one is up there 🐔🐔

I have had the 2 sisters Kawi & Luna the past few days. Always getting cuddles from passers by, they can never get enough attention these two 🐶🐶

This boy has me feeling so proud of him as each week goes on. We started off our time together with Vinnie walking me. He was a rescue and still getting used to his new home 💗

Whenever Vinnie saw a bird or a cat he would try to get out of his harness. If he saw a person he would jump up for kisses (he isn't a small dog.) If he saw another dog he wanted to say hi too, he would run at full force which ended up with us being a bit tangled with another owner at one point! 🤯

So we took our training back to the garden and slowly built up our training and adding in distractions. 🐕‍🦺

Just look at him now...no walking me, checking in with every few steps, great manners, and responding when he saw something else that would have been rewarding also! 👌

His progress has made me enjoy and look forward to our sessions and I can't wait for our time together this week, see you soon Vin 🐾

Look at this handsome chap 😍

Ralph has a back leg injury and is intermittent with weight baring and keeping it off the floor. He is on house rest for now, and with his first day on his own he needed a pet visit with restrictions 🚫

Listening to vet advice is important and should be followed to aid the healing process and not cause further injury. But you can still fulfill their needs, you just need to be cautious, observant and do things a little differently!

Ralph is bouncey! He is a puppy and wants attention. So me being low down to the floor was important to keep Ralph from trying to get to me.

We could still play with toys, I just let him win alot quicker 🏆 We played find it games in the garden on spongey astro. We had lots of cuddles on the carpet. We did some calm desense health check training sat on his bed. Then when I left I filled snuffle mats and balls for him to search through in his room 🐾

Hopefully we can get you back on your walks sooner rather than later Ralphy 🐶🐶

Believed to be the oldest of her species in the U.K she deserved all the TLC she can get 💗
