Due to multiple no shows over the past few days, it’s got me thinking, that I need to put a deposit system in place along with a few appointment rules. As this is my only source of income, it’s the only way I pay my bills and keep my salon open so I ask that everyone can please read. Updated terms and conditions will be sent out to be signed. Thank you ❤️

Please arrive on time to appointments. I allow for a maximum of 10 minutes after appointment time due to parking or traffic, but a deposit will be requested for the next appointment.

24 hours cancellation notice is needed. If you cancel within the 24 hours, a payment of the groom amount will need to be made before further appointments can be booked (depending on reason for cancellation, I’m not a complete ogre)

For no shows, full payment for the missed grooms must be made before making further appointments. This is a non negotiable as it takes two mintutes to send a text message to let me know you won’t be arriving.

I hate having to post these kind of posts but when you are £200 down in a matter of days needs must. This time of year is the busiest for groomers and I could have fitted other dogs into the appointments of no shows.

I can’t wait to make all your fabulous furry family look amazing for the arrival of Santa Paws and thank you for your understanding.

It was Marlowe’s first time at Snip doggy dawgs she was heavily matted on her back end and some matting on her muzzle so we had to take her short but I think she is pulling off the short look and looks absolutely gorgeous 🥰
