You’re only as good as your team. Our journey is just beginning and we want someone to be part of it! We’ve made big changes, with the focus now just our gorgeous young horses so we need a self motivated SOLE CHARGE GROOM ✨

Super organised person who can manage weekly diary, grooming, bathing, tacking up, clipping, mucking out, bring in/ turning out and all general horse care and keeping everything tidy.
We would love a cheerful, confident, fit person who loves horses, happy to work alone and maintain high standards. The experience to take charge, put systems in place and make the yard your own. Be responsible for the daily care of top class dressage horses so I can be focussed on the training. You will keep the yard running smoothly and help me stay on time 🤣🙏🏻 (I have ADHD)

Mostly our horses live out. We try to keep them as naturally as we can through natural horsemanship and a kind ethical training system. Horses want for nothing.

Experience with training young horses & lively stallions - No under 21 - Must be able to communicate well (I’m very quiet) & cope under time pressures!

Above Min wage dependant on experience - Flexible days -
Own horse possible with training if wanted
